Processing & Handling Time
We work with our supplier (Commercive) to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once processing begins, we cannot change the order or shipping address.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Some carriers may take a few days to update tracking information.
Estimated delivery timeframes (after shipping):
United States: ~ 6–12 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or weather.
Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. If there’s no update after 5 business days from the shipment date, please contact us so we can assist.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if it arrives damaged, you should first contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Our supplier policies may not allow us to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages handled entirely by the carrier.
Please save any photos, tracking info, and communication so we can help where possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot change the shipping address once processing has begun.
